Our antitrust and consumer litigation experience ranges from advising companies and individuals in private actions to defending companies facing action by antitrust regulators, in complex antitrust cases as well as consumer protection and mandatory code enforcement and compliance.  Our experience ranges from litigation in the Federal Court of Australia to Australia’s highest appellate court, the High Court of Australia.
