Chantal is a competition law specialist and litigation lawyer. She has broad experience across all pillars of the regime, acting for both applicants and respondents in public and private enforcement. Her experience covers a range of sectors including:
- Anti-competitive agreements for FMCG and technology
- Excessive and unfair pricing in pharmaceuticals
- Contentious merger reviews in healthcare and airlines
- Cartel conduct in financial services and container manufacturing
Prior to joining Quay Law Partners Chantal worked at a Band 1 competition litigation team in Sydney and as an in-house litigation lawyer at the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
Chantal also delivers regulatory reform projects, having led a team on developing digital markets and online harms legislation at the UK Office of Communications (Ofcom).
She holds an MSc in Regulation Law and Policy from the London School of Economics and a PGDip in EU Competition Law from King’s College London.
